Registration Information

Each accepted paper must have at least one co-author registered for IEEE-ITW 2025 by July 25, 2025.
Each paper must be presented by one of its co-authors. Papers not presented at the conference will not appear in the proceedings or on IEEE Xplore, unless explicit permission is granted in advance by the TPC chairs for a qualified substitute presenter.
IEEE-ITW 2025 will be held in person in Sydney. All registered delegates are expected to attend the event in person.

A non-student registration will cover up to two accepted papers by the author.
A student registration will cover one accepted paper by the author.
Travel grants may be available to eligible students or early-career researchers (within 3 years of PhD completion). Grants will cover registration fees and one tutorial. See here for details.
Registration (both student and non-student) covers all coffee breaks, daily light lunch, welcome reception on Monday September 29 and banquet on Thursday October 2.

Registration payments must be made via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Discover).

Early registration: June 28 – July 25, 2025
Regular registration: July 26 – September 26, 2025
No registrations will be accepted after September 26, 2025. On-site payment will not be available.

By July 31, 2025: Refund with a USD 50 processing fee.
August 1 – August 31, 2025: Refund with a 50% processing fee.
On or after September 1, 2025: No refunds.
Tutorial cancellations: Allowed until August 31, 2025 with a USD 40 processing fee.

For authors, a payment icon such as the one shown below will appear next to each author
The registering author can click on their corresponding link and follow the prompts to register.

Steps:

Provide information about your registration type, IEEE membership status (if applicable), dietary preferences, paper/author info, and tutorial/social event plans.
Select the appropriate registration category. If you have accepted papers, choose which ones your registration covers.
Optionally, add tutorial attendance or extra banquet tickets. These extras can be paid for separately at a later stage using the same registration link.
IMPORTANT: Applicants of travel grants should wait until the outcomes of grants are announced on 19 July AoE. Successful applicants will be given a special registration code to register for free for conference attendance and one tutorial. An additional tutorial can be purchased at own expense at the time of registration.
