Guidelines for Final Submission of Accepted Papers

Authors are strongly encouraged to use LaTeX software to format their manuscripts and use the IEEE Conference Template for LaTeX. We strongly recommend that the authors use the US Letter (default) setting of the IEEE template. Please note that even if you choose the A4 paper setting, the height and width of the paper will have to remain the same as the US Letter setting. In essence, there is no real advantage in using the A4 paper setting. Also note that despite using standard templates, some PDF converters may occasionally write into the configured margins. We have allowed a slight margin of error for this, but still there may persist some problems which we cannot foresee. Thus, to avoid spurious PDF file rejections by automated pdf checkers, please make sure you test your file well before the camera-ready deadline.

Submitted manuscripts must not exceed 5 pages in length, plus up to an additional 2 pages for references only. We encourage authors to post the extended preprint of their paper containing proofs on ArXiv, and reference it in their final version. Manuscripts should use font size no smaller than 10 points. Papers should have no page numbers and no headers or footers. All fonts should be embedded in the pdf file.

Final submissions will be handled EDAS again. On your paper page, click on the cloud icon next to Final manuscript to upload your camera-ready paper. Please make sure you include authors’ names and affiliations in the final paper and in the order they appear on EDAS.

Each accepted paper must have at least one author register as an attendee. Papers that are not presented at IEEE-ITW’25 by an author will not be published either in the proceedings or in IEEEXplore, unless the TPC chairs grant explicit permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event who is qualified to present the paper and to answer questions. IEEE-ITW’25, Sydney, is planned as an in-person conference with authors expected to travel and participate in the event.
